Please wear lose clothes so you can roll up your sleeves for the hand treatment.  A vest top is ideal.  For the foot treatments you will be required to remove trousers.  A skirt or shorts can be worn if preferred but you will be wrapped in a bath robe to keep you warm and comfortable.
